Founder’s Heart

Whole & One Pathways to Inner Healing was born from both calling and lived experience. I know what it
means to carry hidden wounds, walk through seasons of loss, and discover that healing is not a moment—but a
journey with God.

My heart is to create safe, compassionate pathways where truth can surface, hearts can heal, and lives can be
restored. I believe God’s design is not merely survival, but wholeness—spirit, soul, and purpose—so individuals
and families can live free, grounded, and whole in Christ.
— Charlotte Williams

Charlotte Williams, M.Ed., LPC, CDCA, is the Founder and CEO of Whole & One Pathways to Inner Healing LLC, a faith-centered counseling, coaching, and psychoeducational practice committed to helping individuals and families heal from trauma, restore their souls, and walk in wholeness through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
A Master’s-level Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma recovery specialist, Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience serving diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, emancipated youth, children and adolescents, and special-needs communities. Her clinical expertise includes trauma-informed care, substance use counseling, crisis intervention, and program development and leadership. She is recognized for her ability to build effective programs, lead multidisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate,
results-driven care.
Charlotte holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and is licensed to provide mental health and substance use services across a wide range of settings. She is also a 2023 graduate of the Kingdom School of Ministry under the leadership of Dr. Cindy Trimm, where she deepened her theological foundation, Kingdom leadership capacity, and understanding of spiritual authority, healing, and purpose.

About Charlotte Williams

The heart of Charlotte’s work is guiding individuals—particularly those impacted by childhood trauma, addiction, loss, and broken family systems—through structured and compassionate pathways toward inner
healing, emotional resilience, spiritual maturity, and legacy building. Through counseling, workshops, support groups, mentoring, conferences, and published resources, she equips people to confront what was hidden, restore what was damaged, and reclaim what the enemy attempted to steal.

In addition to her clinical work, Charlotte is an author, speaker, and curriculum developer. Her books, journals, and teaching materials are designed to walk readers step by step through reflection, truth, and transformation, offering practical tools for healing grounded in both faith and clinical wisdom.

As a survivor who has experienced redemption firsthand, Charlotte believes healing is not merely the absence of pain, but the restoration of purpose, peace, and connection with God. Her message is clear: healing is possible, forgiveness is powerful, and wholeness is God’s design.

Charlotte Williams, LPC, CDCA Founder of Whole & One

Charlotte Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant, who understands healing from the inside out.
Her work is not theoretical. It is lived. Charlotte’s journey includes surviving childhood trauma, exploitation, addiction, and loss. What once
tried to break her became the very ground God used to establish her calling. Today, she stands as a trusted guide for individuals and families seeking restoration, stability, and wholeness.
She believes healing is possible when truth, safety, and compassion meet.
A Journey Toward Wholeness
Charlotte knows what it means to feel fragmented by life’s experiences. Trauma has a way of distorting identity, silencing voices, and convincing people, they are defined by what happened to them. Through her own healing process, Charlotte learned that recovery is not about returning to who you were, but becoming who you were always meant to be.
Her story fuels her passion to help others reclaim their lives with dignity, courage, and purpose.
She does not rush the process.
She honors the work.
She walks alongside.
